We are excited to RE Open

Dear Patient,

We are happy to inform you that we are now able to once again provide all dental care for you and your family. The Ministry of Health has lifted the restrictions placed back in March. While many things have changed since then, one thing has remained the same: our commitment to your health and safety.

Our office has always followed strict infection control standards and in order to keep us all protected during this pandemic and in the future, we have updated our protocols. When we see you at your next appointment, things will be a little different.

  • We will ask some screening questions before your appointment and you will be asked those same questions again when you’re in the office.
  • Please call us when you arrive outside our office or from your car. We will then inform you if you should enter the office or wait a few minutes so we can limit the number of patients.
  • Please wear a mask to your appointment
  • We have hand sanitizer that we will ask you to use when you enter the clinic
  • Our waiting room will no longer offer magazines or children’s toys since those items are difficult to fully disinfect
  • Appointments will be spaced out to allow for physical distancing between patients. There may be less flexibility for scheduling your appointment and you may have to wait before or after your appointment to help reduce the number of patients in any one area
  • We are wearing more protective gear now, face shields and gowns, in addition to our masks and gloves

Rest assured, all these procedures are designed to create the safest environment for you, other patients, and our team. Please be patient with us as we adapt to these new guidelines.

I learnt about “zoom” and participated in zoom fitness classes 4 days a week. I social distanced on frozen lakes and many hikes. I read a dozen books so far.

Embraced technology with a zoom birthday, online Mahjong, and countless webinars. I enjoyed cooking with my son, insta live exercise classes with my daughter, and was inspired by my husband Adam who motivated us all.
